Our Story
During COVID, founder Alex’s wine business collapsed, and he spent a long time trying to find his way back. That was when he happened to adopt a sick yellow puppy at the vet. The pup had survived a serious illness, but its previous owner abandoned it because of permanent epilepsy. Alex saved the puppy. The puppy got Alex through his darkest days. They healed each other.
Years later, two things happened: the puppy’s epilepsy disappeared, and Alex got his confidence back.
That bond became a new wine brand — Yellow Code. Yellow is for the puppy. Code stands for faith and love. Alex worked with designers to put a 3D figure of the dog on the bottle. The design went on to win multiple international awards. He later shared their journey selling wine around the world on Instagram and TikTok. The story took off.
